Industrial Technology SpecialistEngineering, Math and Physical Sciences Division, RoomT302, (847)543-2044www.clcillinois.edu/programs/met In this high-demand field, Industrial Technology Specialists install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-tech, cutting-edge automated manufacturing equipment in an industrial setting. Students will gain the following skills in this degree program: • Building System Maintenance • Piping Systems installation and repair • New technologies in industrial maintenance • Mechanical equipment installation, disassembly, troubleshooting, and repair. • Electrical controls and motor drive wiring, installation, and troubleshooting. • Hydraulic and pneumatic installation and troubleshooting. • Preventive maintenance • Laser shaft alignment. • Installation and repair of variable frequency drives • Welding

^ The credit for CLC 120, College Success Seminar, is an institutional requirement for graduation. It is not part of the program requirements but must be completed with a D or better.
