Course Description
This course empowers students to become more aware of self by identifying personal strengths and values in order to resolve conflicts and set goals. Students will complete activities based on empirical models in a structured setting. With increased understanding of self-concept and development of interpersonal skills, students are empowered to achieve appropriate goals. This course is especially valuable for students who seek more self-confidence and motivation to live a more fulfilled life. This course may not be audited.
